Commercial water loss

This facility suffered a three-level water loss due to a broken sprinkler head on the third floor. Water traveled down to the second and third floor causing damage to several condo unit owners. Freezing cold temperature contributed to the cause of the water loss. The damage began to be accessed by our team within a two-hour time frame. We quickly began extracting the water. Once the water was extracted we proceeded with applying our antimicrobial product. We then began the drying process by strategically setting our equipment. We will proceed with the reconstruction portion of this restoration once it has been approved. Our client was happy with our efficiency and response time.
